The love of the sea, the passion for art and relaxation fueled Fabienne Sicard's desire to make known to other explorers of personal development, the benefits of relaxation and creation near Narbonne.   Fabienne is a multi-faceted woman.

Active and enterprising with regard to her career as a consultant in career transition and school guidance for 15 years, she is also passionate about art to the point of becoming a painter in fractals known under the name of artistNina Pacômein various galleries, then art therapist and relaxologist.

 

Fond of oriental culture, she develops services combining Asian tradition and creativity to create wonderful paths to relaxation, well-being and self-knowledge.

Fabienne SICARD realizes with Relaxôm a dream: that of offering and transmitting,remotely (by video) or in the Occitane region, near Narbonne, the experience of tailor-made creative relaxationwhere dreams, creativity, rhythmic sounds of silences and meditations  come together for a unique experience of well-being. She uses NLP, art therapy, relaxology, massages with Tibetan bowls that she studied in various institutes to effectively accompany individuals and companies towards the appeasement.

It also accompanies them in professional mobility, skills assessment, business creation, or school guidance withEdge Council.

She is a supporting member ofthe Professional League of Art-Therapyand signatory ofthe Ethics Charter for Professionals "Accompanying through ethics", and has a training as a pedagogical manager trainer of level  mastery to accompany you and transmit, in the most qualitative way possible.
